Welcome to Monterey Park Self Service Login Instructions: Click the arrow in the upper right hand corner of the screen to login. You will then be prompted to enter username and password User Name:[First Name Initial][LastName][EmployeeID] Your user name is a combination of the first character of your first name, your last name and youremployee id (the employee ID will be provided to you and represents your employee number in thepayroll software - this is not the number on your employee ID badge) Example: For example if your name is John Smith, and the Employee ID is 357, then yourlogin user name is: JSmith357 Password:The first time you login, your password will be the last 4 digits of your social security number. You willbe immediately presented with a change password screen. Please note, the password will need to bereset every 6 months. Trouble Logging In? If you do not know your Username or Employee ID are still having problems logging in to ESS, please contact your department supervisor or payroll department(626- 307-1356) for credentials.
